Noodling around with the iPad some more, and came up with this for my grandson. Created using fingers and a stylus.
Armed with a new iPad and Sketchbook Pro, I present to you my first quick still life using those tools. A sippy cup sitting on a cloth. This thing will force me into a more painterly style while using it, although probably not for my finished cartoons done with ink and paper.
Here is a look at a couple of caricatures that were part of a larger project I did long ago for some gals at work. They wanted the entire finance staff caricatured as a gift for their supervisor. They each ended up as a ‘President’ on a single cartoon $3 bill, were all combined into one full color sheet as if it had just come off the press at the Federal Reserve, which was then framed.
