Finally.
And you won’t need a pilot’s license to fly one either, just a few lessons. But that’s not the problem in my household since I informed my wife that I was going to learn how to fly, the issue is more about convincing her to buy me one.
With a range of just over 30 miles at 63 miles per hour, this could make for a nifty commute that would even make you look forward to Monday mornings.

Sort of. It was actually a kilometer, the first one flown around a predetermined course in a powered aircraft. It was done by French aviator Henry Farman on January 13, 1908 and averaged just over 25 miles per hour. Viva la France!

Here’s a recent cartoon for a little league soccer team. I’ve also recently started using a brush pen for inking. It seems to give me a smoother and more dynamic line than the steel nibs. It’s very easy to get a broad stroke and transition to a fine line. It also encourages me to be looser with my inks and I like that.
I’ve been in heaven for a couple of months now.
The Little Man is almost 6 and started playing Little League this year. Tall and skinny, with bright shiny eyes the size of small puppies, he looks just like Dark Helmet from Spaceballs. He’s not the fastest kid out there, but he’s not the slowest. He’s not the best hitter on the team, but he has the best stance and can hit it out of the infield. He’s still learning to catch and field, and has the bruises to prove it.
We’re having a blast learning the game and becoming part of a team.
